Privacy Policy

This policy covers the marketing site and the console used by staff of our customers. Our customer is a business — a licensed Broker or Venue. We do not have a direct relationship with their end customers.

This policy does not replace the privacy notice our customers give their own end users.

cascade-client is incorporated in Singapore. Processing and storage for this service is in Singapore, on AWS in the ap-southeast-1 region.

From website visitors, we collect the technical logs needed to operate and secure the site — for example request metadata.

From staff who use the console, we collect names, email addresses, and roles.

We also hold operational records: API request logs, audit records of operator actions, and trading and position records tied to an opaque reference the customer generates.

About end customers we receive a customer-generated opaque reference and nothing else. We do not receive names, addresses, email addresses, account numbers, or identity documents. The customer generates the reference and holds the mapping.

We use this information to provide the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, keep an audit trail, and communicate about the account or the service.

We keep business-contact and operational records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet security and audit needs, and comply with law.

Trading records are retained against the life of the underlying obligation, not merely the end of the commercial relationship.
