cascade-client is a technology provider. This page states how the marketing site may be used, and the product facts that apply to the platform. Access to the APIs and console is by signed agreement.
The marketing site
You may browse this site for information about cascade-client. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or otherwise misuse it.
The platform
Use of cascade-client's APIs, console, and related services is offered only to licensed Brokers and Venues under a written agreement. These public terms do not grant a licence to the platform.
Technology provider, not a broker
cascade-client is a technology provider, not a broker or dealer. You are the licensed party and the counterparty to your own customers.
You must hold and maintain your own regulatory licence. Loss of that licence is a ground for ending the service.
Customer money
cascade-client never holds end-customer money. In any configuration, customer money is held by you.
Risk signals
Risk signals are advisory. Cascade computes; you decide and act.
The index
The index is indicative and spread-free. It will not match your own ledger. The difference is your own spread.
Regulatory limits
Statutory limits in the platform are a floor, not advice. You may be stricter and may never be looser, and you remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance.
Market data
Where Cascade supplies market data, it is licensed, with restrictions on redistribution. Specific vendor terms apply under the relevant data licence.
Billing
Billing is monthly in arrears. There is no prepayment and no balance to maintain.
Availability
This site does not offer an uptime SLA or a specific availability figure.
